Crook, an upcoming movie of Emraan Hashmi is a story based on the ethnic harasses on Indian students in Australia and explore the isolation, bias and prejudice among all kinds of people.
Emraan Hashmi is playing the character of an Indian middle class young boy living a poor lifestyle who goes to Australia in seek of a superior life. He is casted against Neha Sharma who is playing the character of his girlfriend. They both met each other in a chemistry class at the university and stays together then after. They love each other so much that they can do anything to make each other happy. But one day, because of a terrorist attack in the university, Neha is kidnapped and then murdered along with the director of the university.
Emraan plays the guy who has to decide if it is good to be bad or good to be good. The thriller is directed by Mohit Suri. The film’s soundtrack has been composed by Pritam. The soundtrack will release on September 8, 2010, worldwide, while the film releases 1 month after on October 8.
The movie was set to be released on 24 of September 2010, but is now releasing on 08 of October 2010. The movie takes a constant look at racism which has shocked thousands of young Indians, who go to Australia in search of a superior lifestyle by investing not only all their money but even their lives at venture.
